The research focused on the application of tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding method mild steel metal materials and its optimization input factors along with mechanical response parameters using surface (RSM). study has reviewed many works alongside literature related to study, also revealed that specific studied weld bead geometry properties weldment have not been best researchers' knowledge. material under is IS 2062, why applied for analysis optimization. result shows optimal solutions both parameters. results show process are: a flow rate 16.00m3/s, speed 113.221m/s, voltage 18.00V, current 217.914A. are; 344.628MPa Hardness strength, 331.042 MPa Yield 25.272% percentage Elongation, 452.780 ultimate tensile 409.484 shear stress, 118.00 J impact energy response. overall desirability models developed achieve 78.41%. will serve as bases companies industrialization. decision-making system in engineering
